Certification Tips

Tips to Pass the Certification Exam:

I am sharing the tips which I find very much important while preparing for the Salesforce Certification.

I am Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer and Service cloud Consultant; these tips I am sharing with my own experience

1. "Sharing Model" : - first and foremost important  

    "who can see what" (Salesforce videos available on Youtube ) is a great help.

                                   

2. Understand all the minor details about  Profiles, Permission set, Roles, Role Hierarchy Access        roll up,  Sharing Rule, Manual Sharing. This is the real crux.

3.Login:  Login IP range, network setting, password policies, Computer activation, User setup

4. Declarative Statements(Rules): Validation, Workflow, Assignment, Auto- response, Escalation,     Approvals

5. MVC (Model View controller) model along with Multi-tenant Architecture

6. Sales cycle (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity management)

    Support Cycle (Cases, Entitlement Process)

These are just guidelines. Salesforce Provides the "Study Guide" . Do hands on with the Developer Account before exam and you can clear the certification in the first attempt.
